The deliverable, built from the documents already in your room.
SmartCloud and DocuFi have partnered to bring AI deliverable generation into SmartRoom. Point it at a folder and get back a CIM, a teaser or a management presentation in your firm's own format, with the figures taken from the files rather than retyped by hand.

What DocuFi does
DocuFi builds finance documents with AI. You create a project, give it the deal documents as context and an example deck as a style reference, and it produces the full deliverable, anywhere from ten pages to well over a hundred, using its writing, research, logo and financial-data tools.
What comes out is a real PowerPoint with genuine slide elements and editable charts, or a PDF. The speaker notes cite the source file each figure came from, so the first thing a reviewer asks, where did this number come from, is answered on the slide.
In development
We're building it into SmartRoom
Today DocuFi runs as its own platform. We're building it directly into SmartRoom, so the documents you have already uploaded become the input without anyone exporting a thing.
-
01
Start from the folder you're in
One button in the folder toolbar. The source documents and the destination folder are already filled in from where you launched it.
-
02
Pick the deliverable and the template
CIM, teaser or management presentation, against your firm's own PowerPoint template or a dynamic one you can rebuild by instruction.
-
03
It lands back in the room
The finished deliverable returns to the folder you started from, under the same permissions as everything else in it.
Both sides of the table
Different documents, the same problem
Someone has to turn a folder of source material into something a counterparty will read.
Marketing materials, from the deal file
For bankers and advisors taking an asset to market.
- CIMs and teasers drafted from the documents already in the room
- Management presentations built against your firm's own template
- Financial data pulled from the source files rather than retyped
- Dynamic templates you can rebuild by instruction, not by redrawing
- Native PowerPoint out the other end, with editable charts and elements
Memos and reporting, from diligence material
For investment teams reviewing opportunities and reporting on holdings.
- Investment committee memos drafted from the diligence set
- Portfolio company reports in the same shape every quarter
- Investor updates drafted, then revised on instruction
- Incoming teasers, CIMs and research reviewed faster
- Every figure traceable to the file it came from
Inside DocuFi
How the work actually happens
Five parts of the platform, from loading the deal documents to downloading a finished deck.
A project per deal
Everything for one transaction sits together: the source documents, the style references, the drafts produced from them. Work carries across a deal instead of living in whoever's downloads folder.
Load the deal documents
Financials, contracts, management accounts, board material. These become the context the draft is written from, which is what separates this from a general model that has never seen the deal.
Say what you want changed
Dynamic templates rebuild in real time on instruction. Add a company highlight to page two, reorder the sections, change the emphasis, and the deck reassembles rather than being redrawn by hand.
An assistant that knows the deal
Ask questions of your own private deal data rather than a public chatbot that has none of it. Answers come back with the source attached, which is the part that makes them usable in a document that goes out.
A real file, not a wall of text
Download as a native PowerPoint with genuine slide elements and editable charts, or as a PDF. Speaker notes cite the source document, so the first review question is already answered on the page.
The difference
Why not just use a general AI tool?
Most teams have tried. The draft reads plausibly and then someone senior rewrites it, because the format is wrong, the figures are approximate and nothing can be traced back.
Your format, page for page
It works against your firm's own PowerPoint template rather than producing something generic you then have to rebuild in your house style.
Figures from the source files
Financial data is taken from the documents you supplied, and the speaker notes say which file each one came from. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is approximate.
A working PowerPoint
Genuine slide elements and editable charts, not a screenshot or a text dump. The team can pick it up and finish it the way they always have.
Built for private deal data
An enterprise platform for confidential material, rather than a public chatbot that should never see a deal document in the first place.

See it on your own documents
The fastest way to judge this is to point it at a real folder and look at what comes back. Tell us what you produce most and we'll set that up.
